ACL announces the formal release of its J2ME Chat Solution
Singapore, September 27, 2005
ACL today announced the formal release of its J2ME Chat Solution Version 1.0 and the Java Messenger Solution Version 1.0 at the 3GSM World Congress Asia, being held at Singapore. The solutions exhibit superior navigational flow in each of their features via minimum required clicks. The inherent graphical support enables users to enrich their profile with avatars which adds a degree of personalization to the user's otherwise textual profile.
Other capabilities that set ACL's solutions apart are the auto sign-in, online buddy list, anonymity at will, efficient profile-search engine, "always on" capability and effective session management.
The applications can be downloaded quickly via GPRS owing to their small size
(<< 50Kb) and are compatible with a wide variety of MIDP 1.0 and MIDP 2.0 compliant mobile handsets.
Talking about this release, Sanjay Goyal, CEO ACL Wireless said, “The J2ME Chat and Messenger Client further reinforce our strong presence in the Mobile Communities Space with robust, state of the art applications which can be easily downloaded or embedded on-to a wide range of mobile handsets. These highly usable JAVA applications are fast, with a rich and intuitive user experience.”
