To get oneself registered with M Chat, the customer simply has to type 1210 as the ACL WIM application is embedded on the SIM itself. He can then search for profiles matching his criteria, identify his friends and make new friends for chatting. The service also allows the customer to see his/her online friends and get alerts from them even when he is offline. In case the customer does not want to reveal his identity, he still has an option to exchange messages with other users.
